1.2 Data Shared with Third Parties (Premium Feature Only)

When you use the Premium AI Interpretation feature, the following data is temporarily shared:

• Reading Data: The cards drawn and your question (if provided) are sent to OpenAI's API to generate a personalized interpretation
• Purpose: This data is used solely for creating your personalized tarot reading
• Retention: The data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored by us

1.3 Subscription Information

If you purchase a premium subscription:

• Subscription Management: Handled entirely by Google Play Store and RevenueCat
• Payment Information: Processed by Google Play; we never see or store your payment details
• Subscription Status: We only receive anonymous subscription status to enable premium features

1.4 No Account Required

Our app does not require account creation. You can use all features without providing any personal information such as email, name, or phone number.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since we do not collect your personal data, our use of information is minimal:

• Local App Functionality: All your data (readings, journal, preferences) is processed and stored locally on your device to provide app functionality
• Premium AI Interpretations: When you request a personalized reading, your reading data is sent to OpenAI's API solely to generate the interpretation

Complete data removal is simple:

• Uninstall the App: All your data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the application
• Individual Entries: You can delete specific journal entries or readings within the app at any time
• No Server Data: Since we don't store your data on our servers, there's nothing to delete from our end

We use minimal third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For anonymous subscription management (no personal data shared)
• OpenAI API: For generating AI-powered tarot interpretations when you use the premium feature
• Google Play Services: For in-app purchases (payment handled by Google)

Your data security is ensured by:

• Local Storage: Data stays on your device, protected by your device's security

• AI Interpretations (Premium Feature): When you request a personalized reading, your reading data (cards and question) is sent to OpenAI's API solely for generating the interpretation. This is done only when you explicitly request this feature.
• Subscription Status: Anonymous subscription status is managed by RevenueCat and Google Play to enable premium features. No personal information is shared.

We do not:

• Sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone
• Share your journal entries or reading history with anyone
• Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
• Track or profile your behavior

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Complete Control Over Your Data

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: All your data is accessible within the app at any time
• Delete Individual Items: Delete specific journal entries or readings within the app
• Export: Export your journal data to PDF (premium feature)
• Modify: Change your app settings and preferences at any time
• Complete Deletion: Uninstall the app to permanently delete all data

6.2 Data Deletion

Simple and Complete:

• Uninstall the App: This automatically and permanently deletes all your data from your device
• Individual Deletion: Delete specific journal entries or readings within the app
• No Server Data: Since we don't store your data on our servers, uninstalling the app ensures complete data removal

6.3 Opt-Out of AI Interpretations

You can choose not to use the AI interpretation feature:

• Simply don't request AI interpretations
• Use the standard card meanings provided in the app
• All other features work without any data transmission

6.4 Subscription Management

To manage or cancel your subscription:

• Go to Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions
• Select Ask Tarot and manage your subscription

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.

8. International Data Transfers

Since your data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfers of your personal information.

The only exception is when you use the AI interpretation feature (premium), where your reading data is sent to OpenAI's servers for processing. OpenAI may process this data in various countries. This transfer occurs only when you explicitly request an AI interpretation.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Sending you a notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
